Terms and conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services, groups, events and support provided by SEND Friends Support Community Interest Company ("we", "our", "us").
By attending an event, booking support, or accessing SEND Friends Support CIC online or in person, you agree to these terms.
1. Nature of service
SEND Friends Support CIC provides non-clinical peer support.
We do not diagnose, assess or provide medical, therapeutic or legal advice.
2. Booking & attendance
Support may be accessed via:
- direct contact
- website booking
- Eventbrite booking
- drop-in attendance (where advertised)
We reserve the right to limit group numbers to maintain a calm and supportive environment.
3. Conduct and behaviour
All participants agree to follow the SEND Friends Participant Code of Conduct.
We may ask someone to leave if behaviour is unsafe or harmful to others.
4. Data and privacy
We handle information in accordance with:
- Privacy Notice
- Data Protection Policy
- Information Sharing Policy
These are available on request or via our website.
5. Safeguarding
If we believe a child, young person or adult may be unsafe, we may share information with relevant safeguarding agencies.
We will always try to discuss this first where possible.
6. Cancellations
Events or sessions may occasionally need to be rearranged or cancelled.
We will communicate any changes as soon as we reasonably can.
7. Reasonable adjustments
We aim to remove barriers wherever possible.
Participants can contact us before or during support to request adjustments.
8. Feedback and complaints
Feedback is welcome.

9. Limit of liability
SEND Friends Support CIC is not responsible for decisions made by participants or for any actions taken outside of our sessions.
